“We usually receive pre-designed 2D architectural drawings. I import those 2D drawings into TopSolid’Wood and convert them into 3D models. That way, we can see exactly what the design will look like when completed. It gives me confidence that we’re heading in the right direction before anything gets cut”

The important next step.

“That’s where TopSolid’Wood really helps. I can send the file directly to our CAM software. From there, we calculate materials, plan the machining, and then send the instructions to the machine to cut the parts. Getting this stage right is critical. If something goes wrong, it’s not just our business that suffers, the entire project is impacted. It is so important that the connection between CAD & CAM is precise and we know we have the right processes in place.”

“They were fantastic. I’ve known Chris Bruce for a long time, he implemented our original setup and has been by our side ever since.
